Change Therapy was founded on the belief that within us lies the strength, courage, and capability to endure change and adapt to our present circumstances. The focus is helping clients harness their inner strength, learn the skills to adapt when their sense of stability is awry, improve their relationships, and heal from their experiences so they can confidently move forward to their future.

The idea behind this blog is to share my thoughts on mental health topics and provide psychoeducational content about different themes: such as change, acceptance, finding meaning, life transitions, relationship issues, and many others...
